Die Essensangebote waren vielfältig und für jeden was dabei (Lena-Burger). Alle waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Liebevoll und herzlich geführt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück und auch im Restaurant lohnt sich die Einkehr.

The property is in a small village, near to Winterberg. We went there by train, so we use the free shuttle service, which was pretty nice to have. Lisa gave to us all instructions about the bus and we had no issues in using it. The bus is available every hour and the bus stop is about 700m from the hotel. One nice thing I would like to mention is the fact that my son is allergic to milk and we had special attention from Lisa and the staff. She made sure he would have options available not only in the hotel’s breakfast but also in the restaurant! Thanks for that! The dinner in the restaurant is amazing, the dishes are really good and well prepared! Best food I tried during the whole travel. The pool works the whole day.

Not that I did not like but it’s good to mention that they have no lifts. The pool is a bit colder than expected for a indoor pool in the winter.

Super nice little hotel, not luxury if you are looking for that. But perfect for family stays with all you need. Pool sauna resto en no noise.

Very cosy and small pension hotel. The staff are wonderful. It's quite clean and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is also tasty!

There's only one key per room that makes it a bit difficult when staying with friends. Also the front door gets locked around 10pm and there is no alternative way to enter the hotel without your key! But it's a minor problem.
