Place was perfect. Very big property, should be perfect in summertime especially family with small kids like mine. Its a gated property with a little outdoor play park. I think you can even visit the animals ( I saw a cow somehow 😅) since its a farmhouse. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Slippers, soaps and body cream were a plus point and having a tea set in the room just did it. We stayed a night and I would have loved to stay longer

Tiny dog barking all night meant I had to keep windows closed and shutters down instead of having light and air. Another person might have a different experience. Lovely hosts who were so kind and welcoming!

Maybe a little bit more attention paid to the welcoming of guest; the poor of the breakfast (but normal for the Italy)

very friendly personal :) we arrived late hours after the check in but the owner was very kind to wait for us a bit longer time to give the key and all the necessary information. very nice location - half an hour from Venice and you end up in a peaceful corner. comfortable room and comfortable bed, warm and clean. good breakfast - not only Italian style but also an European one (scrambled eggs by wish). overall super great choice for its value, highly recommend! and also it seem to be a local winery where you can taste and purchase the bottle of your choice :)

I mainly like the friendliness of the staff. My dog got sick and the owner of the place helped me very well. The man behind the counter and from the kitchen was also very friendly and could also speak englisch very well!

A very traditional farm stay, surrounded by nature and animals. It really feels like you're welcome. The rooms are big (my bathroom was amazingly big), the furniture is simple but overall warm and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a very good night sleep. Dogs are very welcome, breakfast is excellent, parking lot is huge and safe. There's even the possibility to recharche your EV. Price is bargain. Castelfranco is 5 mins away, Asolo 10 minutes. A very pleasant surprise overall.

Lovely, quite location. Spacy, clean rooms with all the amenities.

I wish the breakfast was not completely self-service. I didn't have the patience to figure out how the espresso machine worked.
