I really think this is a top hotel. One of the biggest highlights is the staff: everyone was extremely friendly, from the parking attendants to the housekeeping staff and reception. You truly feel welcome here. The room was very nice, spacious and clean, with comfortable soft beds and a good shower. The hotel has a great location right next to Tesco Lotus, which is very convenient. The swimming pool and gym are also beautiful and well maintained.

A few small points for improvement: the pool water was quite cold, the room walls are rather thin so noise from loud neighbors can be noticeable, and the breakfast is mainly Thai-style, which might not suit everyone.

Everything.The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy, and the breakfast was good.The location was good, and there's a Tesco Lotus across the street from the hotel.
