L'accueil de nos hôtes, la situation du logement à la fois calme et central. La vue sur la mer, l'espace disponible dans le logement, les deux terrasses surtout celle qui est couverte qui nous permettait de prendre tous nos repas dehors par tous les temps .

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners are very nice people who try to do everything to make you feel comfortable. The house is spacious, has everything you need. The furniture is not new, but everything is very clean and it feels like the property is well taken care of. The view is simply incredible. In the morning you can watch the sunrise. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

All I would say is that it wasn’t mentioned on the listing that the hosts live downstairs so we thought it was private.

Owners are cute, their house is the perfect stay on island . If we return, we will try to book this apartment again. Friendly atmosphere, perfect view, homemade food and everything was perfect) Photos on booking don’t show reality, in real life everything much better than on photos.

Ana and Gabriel are amazing hosts! Thank you for your hospitality! Apartment was spacious. We were 7 people and our stay was very comfortable at the apartment. The apartment is located in quiet, residencial area. Nearby are several grocery shops. It is possible to watch sunrise and airplanes from terrace above apartment.

There is nothing I can mention. Everything was very good.

Ana and Joao, our hosts, were superb! Beautiful island, stunning scenery, wonderful hosts (worth repeating!!!) and accommodation, and the warm, welcoming, kind Madeiran people. Had a magnificent time! Oh, and the food and restaurants are top class, most especially in Santa Cruz! We were also able to do some 'planespotting' due to the residences' proximity to the airport, but there was no issue whatsoever with noise. I was very, very sad to leave!!!

Our holiday coincided with some freak weather, which was oppressively humid at times, which is beyond anyone's control, I know. And the same conditions bought the little (and not so little) bugs out as well.

Very nice, friendly and helpful hosts, they arranged warm welcome and always helped us when needed. The place was clean and big enough for 10+ people. Great view from terrace on top of the villa, we observed arriving airplanes in the evening. Close to the highway, so easy to get around the island from this place. I'd definitely recomend!

Nothing, everything was great.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Residencia Ana. The entire upper floor was at our disposal. Large, well equipped kitchen, iron, washing maschine, everything we needed was there. The roof terrace offers a stunning view of the Santa Cruz, mountainside and the ocean. Wonderful, helpful hosts welcomed us with dinner after long flight. And Madera is the most magnificentl island I've ever seen.
