La Petite Vigne

It was a lovely stay, the hostess was a very gracious lady, the breakfast was great, fresh bageutte, croissant, boiled egg, jams, coffee or tea, fruit juice, all in your own semi private dining area,just enough to get you going for the day. It was also a easy walk to pretty much everything! The room was tastefully decorated with plenty of antiques, and the bathroom was up to date and clean, overall a great stay

Un accueil vraiment excellent, une maison raffinée, décorée de très bon goût, un petit déjeuner personnalisé et servi comme des rois.reines ! Les lits sont très confortable, les chambres bien tenues, les espaces salles de bains et WC sont fournit de serviettes/gants de toilettes et savon. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !

This place was amazing! The home and rooms were beautiful. Walking distance to many restaurants and downtown area.

This is a lovely home with just three guest rooms (all up one flight of stairs) and the owner lives on site. My friend and I booked the suite, which is two private bedrooms with doors, plus a very nice renovated, dual-sink bathroom, all inside another door. Rate includes breakfast. Free on street parking. We got lucky and got a spot right across the street but you may end up a bit further away. You have to carry any wheeled luggage across the front yard/garden, which has a gravel path. Owner speaks very little English and is a bit frail but very friendly and kind. Lots of visitors (downstairs) in the morning when we were there - gardener, cook, and the owner's son - it was hopping! Right in the center, just a couple of blocks walk to restaurants and shops.

Très belle maison d'hôtes, nous avons été bien accueillis, la literie est confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. Il y a un parking en face du logement

Accueil chaleureux, Stephanie est une hôte charmante et tres souriante. Un super petit déjeuner. Maison tres bien situee à 5mn à pied du centre ville et du château d'Amboise. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Odeurs désagréable et odeur d'urine de chat, chambres petites et peu confortables, salle de bain très bien sauf le pommeau de douche qui fuit de partout

Nous avons passé un séjour hôtes de notre temps dans ce logement ce qui a ajouté du piment à notre séjour

The two of us had a delightful stay at Le Petite Vigne. We were cycling town to town and there was a place to secure our bikes which we appreciated. The house is lovely, old and full of character. We were greeted by the hostess Stephanie (and a cat named Bolo) after letting ourselves in the front. She is the nicest, sweetest lady we met on our entire trip! She covered all the amenities, including a preview of the amazing breakfast to come. We loved our room, the ‘Rose Room’ and the bathroom was everything we needed. Some guests have commented on towel softness, but we encountered this at several places, it’s really not a big deal. The amazing-ness of the breakfast next morning was only exceeded by the charm and care the Stephanie bestowed on us, and it was actually felt difficult for us to leave her company the next day. If you’d like to feel the charm of an older home, please come stay here. Tell Stephanie (and Bolo) we say Hi!

Seul bémol : absence de produits de toilette (shampoing, gel douche) et serviettes de toilettes très rêches et qui semblent avoir bien vécu ; un peu dommage vu le lieu et le tarif
