BEGreat place, nicely quiet, with quite some history. Very friendly staff, taking all the time needed to show and explain.
LUBreakfast was very good, selection served on a tray at each table per room.
Would've been nice to have had a selection offered for egg option, rather than it will be hard boiled after the day it was soft ( which was still good ), can't be that difficult to offer fried, scrambled or poached....
NLNLI didn't even see the staff as I came to sleep prior to walking the 4 days of Nijmegen. When I approached the property, I realized it had historic relevance. It's a beautiful land house / former castle. Looks a lot like a hunting lodge. I had a room next to the chapel. It was a gorgeous room with a window looking out over the inner courtyard. The staff had put an airconditioner next to the bed which was amazing. I would love to come back for a longer stay because the property is beautiful and I think that cycling and hiking in the area must be amazing.
The only thing was arriving late at night and this location was very much out of the way.
