"A very clean and organized place with a lovely host."

The communication was extremely good. When we had a question the host would always respond very quickly.

The WiFi didn’t work at the start of our stay but once we asked the host for help her brother came and fixed it immediately.

Apartment was fully equipped, clean, near to the center and two parking garage. Maria was friendly and helpful, thank you again! I'm sure we will book again here, if we check Funchal.

"Pleasant"

The hosts were very nice and always available. The house was very well stocked, with everything one needs and there were very thoughtful welcoming gifts. The location is really good, near walkable distance to the city center.

As shown in the photos, the house does not have much natural light as it is the ground floor. The dog on the floor above made some noise, but not too much. The towels smelled a bit bad. The washing machine wasn't working properly.

"Great apartment, great location, great hosts."

Great apartment, spacious and clean, walking distance to the seafront, the old town, restaurants, supermarkets and retail outlets. Noticeable attention given to small details that make a difference between a regular rental and a home away from home. Maria is a very good host, regularly keeping in touch to make sure everything is ok. I just spent two beautiful weeks there, between the apartment and the island's numerous attractions.

The House had everything you could have possibly needed while on your trip. Everything was well maintained and very clean. It was very accessible for any buses and transfers
