La proximité avec le centre ville

Arrivée dans un appartement sans chauffage, le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, les chaises en très mauvais état, la terrasse n'était pas utilisable, le balcon n'avait pas été balayé et plein de fiente de pigeons, pas de tasses pour le petit dej, seulement 4 dosettes de café pour 2 personnes 2 jours. Toute la journée et nuit un bruit d'écoulement d'eau et de pompe qui se met en fonctionnement régulièrement.
