Nice and clean.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The host Maria and her family was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful local tips and recommendations. The apartment on the top floor was clean, equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The location was ideal - quiet, safe and within walking distance from the city centre. We will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet place with safe parking in Rovinj.

The owner was so kind and friendly. She is helpful and nice to us. The location was great so close in maine places. You can find the park place in the street in front of the home. Area was quiet. Air-condition exists in the hall.

Because of the second floor, it is so hard to take luggage 🧳 up and down. The furniture is old and dirty (sofa 100% should change) Rooms don't have air-conditioned. The showers it would be good if it would be a reconstruction Any of the windows don't have any Lace. You should choose mosquitoes or hot weather in the rooms.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Shops, restaurant, small bakery are in few minutes walking distance. The apartment is really big, have enough space for a bigger family.

On site parking means parking on the street in front of the apartment which is not convenient if you cannot find a parking place close to the apartment. Air conditioning was poor, only the kitchen / living room was air conditioned. Rest of the rooms were pretty warm. The bath room was stinky a bit. The apartment should be refurbished fast since many thins were in poor condition (kitchen cabinet, broken leg of a chair, big cracks on the floor…etc)

Good position, within walking distance of the main town, loved having a washing machine in the apartment, and the coffee maker was good too!

On street parking was OK, but thought the parking might have been off road. Would have preferred to have washing machine detergent available, instead had to buy a large lot at the grocery store, and leave behind.

It was a big appartment and 2 bathrooms were very practical for the group of friends. Also eating outside on the terrace was nice!

The apartment is extremely spacious with three independent bedrooms, two bathrooms and large living room with kitchen. Location is perfect... within walk distance to the city center. Close to a bakery and super-market. It was possible to park two cars on a private driveway next to the house, which is very important in the location. Perfect location for rock climbers as well. Owner fluent in English and very kind and helpful. communication via WhatsApp without problems.
