Casa Arrieta Hostel

It had clean and well spaced out. There were windows in the kitchen area and travellers can relax on sofas in the reception area. Lots of space to spread out.

We only stayed overnight, arrived late and had to leave at dawn the next day. The staff were able to accommodate us nevertheless. The room and facilities were clean. The staff is great.

The window design meant it did not insulate noise well and it was pretty loud at night with the sound of vehicles and cocks.

Great place. Lovely hosts. Unfortunately, I got the room next to the main road so no chance of an early night but it was the only available room.

Road very noisy until 1 am.

Homey environment with great facilities. Beds were comfortable, shower had hot/cold features and plenty of space, toilets were clean. Free drinking water and tea/coffee were provided. Laundry was cheap and on site. The owners are so lovely. I stayed 3 times and loved it. ☺❤

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice showers and bathrooms. The towel, free water, tea and coffee provided are a nice plus. Nice restaurants very near-by, everything is in a walking distance from the hostel. I would 100% recommend staying here when visiting Dumaguete and surrounding areas.

The room is spacious. I’m a solo traveler but I always get a private room since I sometimes work remotely. The staff is exceptionally great and friendly. Will stay here again when I come back in Dumaguete.

Clean rooms, with individual lamp-like lights per bed. Quiet, recommended if you don't want a noisy atmosphere during your stay. Just saying cause on other hostels other guests could be nosiy. Clean comfort rooms and shower rooms. They have free coffee in their pantry and you can wash your clothes also. They also offer laundry service. Good location which is near some seafood resto and coffee shops. Walking distance from Siliman University although most the time people use tricyle to go around. Friendly and accomodating owner and staff. They can also help you arrange a ride from and going to the airport. Highly recommended. Will stay here again if i have a chancr.

The hostels feels so homey for me so i don't think I can name one thing that i didn't liked during my stay.
