Las habitaciones del hotel son extremadamente pequeñas. La cama doble está pegada a la pared y sólo queda un espacio muy reducido para circular. No cuenta con clóset ni cajones para acomodar tú ropa

Bien situé, très propre et salle à manger permettant d’utiliser un micro-ondes.

Estacione afuera, me dice el de la recepcion de la noche que lo deje en el garage que es gratis, lo entro, al otro dia me dicen que son 28 francos suizos, hago el reclamo y me dicen que bueno que pague 12, son impresentables

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y el trato del señor en el check in, fué horrible. Por el contrario, al día siguiente la chica que estaba en la recepción , Fátima, muy amable y dispuesta a resolver nuestro problema

recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. We had booked a room with three separate single beds, but upon arrival, we were given one double bed and one single bed. When I approached the hotel staff about this issue, the employee informed me that the confirmation we received was automatic. We all know that the message was not automatic, as there’s no way an AI can say, “Good afternoon. We will assign you a room with 3 single beds.” I understand that mistakes can happen, but the employee lying to us was the problem. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They even mentioned that they couldn’t remove clients from their rooms, which was not what we were asking for. This kind of response is not what I expect from a hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

Close to a bus station

Cet hôtel est abordable et les chambres sont simples, mais confortables. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L’hôtel est situé tout près d’un arrêt d’autobus, ce qui est très pratique.
