I had difficulty in finding the office to collect the keys. I was given an address but if they had said the NAME of the office which was in big letters on the building it would’ve been much easier. I walked up the street and rang for more instructions - the man I spoke to got frustrated and hung up !!!! There was a raggy unkempt blind - which we had to fix ourselves / there was a light fitting hanging out of the ceiling above the bunk bed. Although I reported these no one came from maintenance to fix them.

Property location is ideal for old town and new town great views and 2secs from beach good value for money and probably would return

A few things are broken in the apartment. The light above the child's bunk bed has no bulbs in it and is live when the light is on, which is very dangerous for younger children. Some furniture could do with upgrading; it's a bit tired and broken.

Easy location to find.

Heating not great in the property was cold at night.

Fantastic view and location

Property seemed a little worn compared to the pics I would have liked to have received the details for key collection out of hours sooner. receiving them after we landed meant that our transfers went to the accommodation instead of the key collection location. This caused a bit of stress for us when arriving late in the dark, and with noone around to help

the office was locked due to rain, I phoned the number on the window and was given the lockbox code. the keys had the number 42/9 on them no explanation was given on where the apartments were or which key was to open the gate. when we finally got into the apartment block there was no room that correlated to the information on the keys. I had to phone the number once again, after 6 attempts at phoning the number it was finally answered and I was informed that the information on the keys was nothing to do with what apartment we were supposed to be staying in!!!!! the following morning I went to the office to make a complaint and was told that there was nobody available to take the complaint, I then asked the lady and man why they couldn't take the complaint I was told that they just couldn't and I should contact somebody who could take the complaint. I then asked for the contact information of who could take the complaint I was told to have a look in the internet!!!!!

customer service was appalling

Lovely safe a secure spacious apartment. Great views of the beach , central location for walking to new town of the old town Restaurant below had very good reviews however I never got to use it . plenty of shops and bars within couple of min walk

Pick up of the keys could be easier rather than the walk to collect them
