Room service needed to be more attentive Wasn’t to pleased with having all kinds of dogs in the hotel the smell of them in my room was horrible cause it was going threw the AC vents and they were in the dining area while people were eating.
USMy daughter (she's young) loves to stay at this hotel. She requests this one every yr for past 3 or 4 yrs to stay at on her Christmas break. It's just a little get away from home.
I found random hairs on my pillows & some in the tub. It was gross, but I dealt with it. The room the pool is in, could be warmer.
