JPスタッフは丁寧で礼儀正しかった。 デザイン、室内レイアウト、大変美しかった。 設備は新しく清潔で快適だった。 プールはキレイでスタッフもよかった。
部屋の中に小蠅が数匹飛んでいて、不快かつ不衛生だった。 早朝出発で朝食が食べられないにも関わらず、次回利用可能なクーポン等の提供が無かった。 早朝のプールへ行く道に虫が多くいて、不快だった。 冷蔵庫にの無料ドリンクはゼロカロリーの物が欲しかった。 日本語対応スタッフが居て欲しかった。 ホテル内サービスで、その馬でカード払いだったり、部屋付けだったり、どちらかに統一して無いので、払ったか払わなかったか、分かりにくかった。 部屋のテレビのリモコン反応が遅く、また紹介コンテンツ・アクティビティも貧弱であった。 そう安い部屋では無かったはずだが、部屋からの眺望は全く無かった。

V izbách bol trochu hluk z vedľajších izieb a chodby. Televízor sa svojvolne zapínal aj v noci.

AUJP女性2人の滞在でしたので、メイクアップルームがしっかり備えられていたのが素敵でした。大きな鏡と明るい照明がありお化粧しやすかったです。お風呂も海が見えてバスタブつきで、リラックスできました。 また、入口からロビーに続く廊下は高級感溢れる造りで、素晴らしいホテルでした。
