Sunsan Hotel

Large bed, firm but comfortable. Excellent shower. The room & bathroom were clean. The room was very spacious. The staff are lovely. The parking outside was great. We requested extra pillows and they were there when we got back.

There’s a few maintenance issues in the room, mainly the door to the balcony being very difficult to close, but the main thing is clean the pool, it’s a lovely hotel but it looked messy.

If you were traveling in the summer, this would be a fun place being right on the beach and with the swimming pool, which would be great for kids

Location could be better there are no other amenities or facilities or bars or restaurants or things close by

Manzarası hizmetleri kahvaltısı 10 üzerinden 10 mükemmeldi,temizliğe gelince genel olarak temiz olduğunu söyleyebilirim taa son gece yastıkların arkasına saklanan 3-5 böcek görene dek(bed bugs?)dışarıdan mı geldiler yoksa zaten var mıydı bilemem ama genel olarak gayet iyi ve güler yüzlü bir işletme.

The hotel room has amazing views and the staff was very courteous. The check in was smooth and the breakfast served in a superb restaurant with a very lovely server. We had the best food there. However, the amenities were next to zero with nothing other than a bed and tv in your room. The state of building is deteriorated with age and needs a complete rework. Bed frames were super old, mattress was worst and moist, and not to forget the bed bugs. It was absolutely unhygienic but only with a quant sea blue color interiors and views of Bosphorus to please you. I’m still suffering from allergies which I picked up with the bed bug bites at this hotel. I won’t recommend to stay here unless they fix it. Feedback was duly provided to the manager on duty as well.

Location ok. Room medium quality but a bit dirty bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Owner gives parties and weddings with customers in the hotel. They do not care about customers and that they cannot sleep. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had for the money paid. Scam !!! If you give weddings just cancel the reservations, why bother the customers ? You have people driving 10 hours who want just to sleep, Considering I have payed 110 euro per room, 110 euro, I should be able to sleep not to listen to Turkish music. This is a disgrace. Also the pool area very dirty, a total mess. The courtyard was full of cigarettes buds from the parties they are organizing. Imagine that they don't even bother to clean the grass from their own courtyard. Disgusting.
