Location was nice and close to highway. All elements for a great experience were there, sadly no reach the goal!

We were not informed that there would be a wedding taking place on the day of arrival and that we could not eat in the restaurant (not inside, and not in the garden). We chose this hotel as an intermediate stop on our way back from Italy because of it’s location (close to highway) and lovely outside garden to spend our last evening with our co travelers. We were traveling with a baby, so we could not go elsewhere to eat. Only baby monitor distance basically. When we mentioned this, we were given the option of roomservice but no compensation whatsoever. With the wedding going on, we were not going to pay that much for food that we could not enjoy in the outside setting and that would probably not be the same quality due to the wedding getting priority. Room temperature was 29 degrees when we entered. We didn’t expect airco, but they could have at least opened the windows/closed the blinds prior to arrival. After all, we could only check in at 17:00. The contact lenses of a previous guest were still on the bathroom floor. The main room light did not work either. There was also a lot of noise from the wedding. Better communication or a reduced night rate/ some form of compensation could have avoided this bad experience.

Schönes Hotel mit Top italienischem Restaurant.

Room was huge, comfortable with great amenities. The restaurant downstairs was incredible and was so convenient to walk downstairs for a glass of wine/dessert. The train is a 3 minute walk from the hotel so very convenient to get in and out of Stuttgart.

A bit on the expensive side, but it was great quality of the stay.

Nice room, very clean. Very gentle and kind staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good osteria downstairs.
