The room was clean, but the location was not good and the staff were not helpful. On the first night, I asked for a heater because the room was very cold. They did not respond until the next day, and even after three days, they still did not provide one. As a result, my baby and I were cold during our stay, which negatively affected our entire trip.

Personale gentile, nonostante l'affollamento del momento (week end della finale del mondiale di hockey ghiaccio) abbiamo avuto la camera un paio d'ore prima del check-in previsto. Camere spaziose con vari punti luce, bagno piccolo ma accessoriato e funzionale, la porta dell'armadio era la stessa porta che chiudeva il bagno. Sistema di tende esterne di oscuramento automatico ma con possibilità di regolazione manuale. Per l'accesso al centro benessere vengono forniti accappatoio e ciabattine. Vicino alla Swiss Life Arena, fermate di vari mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze per raggiungere il centro e la stazione.

Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos a pie de una estación de tren, y ubicado al lado de un supermercado. Muy buenas instalaciones, todo muy nuevo y limpio. Altamente recomiendo.
