RAD Hostel

Standard Hostel setup.

This was a cute hostel for young travelers. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the shared spaces were well-maintained (the outdoor ones seems particularly nice), and the group activities were a nice time. It was very welcoming!

We stayed in a private room that could sleep 6, but it was just us 2. The carpets in the room were pretty gross and stained. The rooms open out onto the parking lot (motel style) and the door did not have a dead bolt. It's not in the nicest part of town and it seems a lot of people walk by on the highway it's on, but we didn't notice any issues while we were there. I'd give 7.5 if I could.

We loved this hostel! Super friendly international staff, a magical campfire with s’mores (our first ever!), and the chance to connect with travelers from all over the world — it brought back memories of my own backpacking days. Great spaces to relax, from the garden with a slackline to the cozy porch and lounge areas. Easy to reach by car. The breakfast was very minimal, so we chose to eat elsewhere, but everything else was perfect. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great place, backyard, and a good quiet place to work. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home. ☺️

Appreciate the complementary breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

I just love this place. It's very social and the staff is always so nice. I've been there several times and it's always exactly what I need.
