The cost was reasonable in comparison to other places in the Colorado Springs area. The room was okay and clean enough.

The location was near a mine on a busy road. It was a bit noisy and far from downtown. The room and facility need to be updated and I didn't appreciate the $100 incidental charge. It took a week for the money to return to my card and there was no mention of this charge when I booked. The guy at the front counter also wanted to charge me a $10 early check-in fee, for checking in about thirty minutes before official check-in time. Fortunately, the manager waived that, but to be honest I have never been charged an early check-in fee so close to check-in time and I have stayed at hundreds of places on four continents.
