Hotel Gino Park Palace - Kaštieľ Orlové

The palace is beautiful

I booked the room online at 5pm arrived at 20 and they gave me a cold room. The heating was off! End of January! When complained to the reception I was told to turn it on myself, I said do not know, she came to turn it on and said will be warm in a while. I had a full cold night. I came to rest and left sleepless. When complained to the account manager in the morning instead of sorry and any compensation was said to ask for a different room next time. Why I was not given a warm room from yesterday then? Really dissapointing

Location and the hotel are beautiful

For this price, there is no other hotel which has all the facilities excluded from the price. Paying extra for pool and saunas or even for billiard is not very customer friendly approach. I travel a lot and I've never seen this in any other hotel which features such facilities. I also didn't appreciate that the first room which was offered had a very strong smell (chemical, not or building smell). We accepted a cheaper and smaller room but there was no reimbursement. Some staff was not very friendly.

Nice property and the area. Good service quality and very pleasant overall atmosphere. Good for a weekend but also for full week vacation

The historic building is amazing. Very nice atmosphere. The room was huge. The staff were very friendly.

The rooms feel a bit dated, regardless of the historic features. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Fantastic stay in recently renovated period property complete with health centre, billiard room, chapel and excellent restaurants!

Fantastic 17rh Century mansion built around a central courtyard. The staff are excellent from checkin to dining the experience is positive. The building is marvellous, the art in the walls fascinating ( from the owners collection). Enjoy the sauna , play billiards or take a few minutes quietude in the baroque chapel and walk in the garden. a great experience recommended
