CAThe gardens are so beautiful. So peaceful and quiet on the mountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even brought me dinner to my room.
The road to get up there is a bit tricky. A scooter can make it but it's a bumpy road. The wi fi in my room was also poor but I was able to get better signal in the common areas.
CRWe woke up very early for the volcano hike, and they prepared breakfast for us so we could eat before, that was really nice. The staff was very kind and attentive. The shower had hot water. The surroundings are nice, you eat in the morning surrounded by birds and flowers. The hike to Maderas starts at the entrance of the hotel, and the staff can help you to arrange a guide.
In case you're afraid of dogs, be aware that they have two pitbulls. They are lovely and friendly, even when we arrived late in the night, they never barked, but I think it's important to know

We had a real mosquito attack in our room! Over 30 mosquitoes that have left us the night hardly sleep. Here must be improved absolutely what. The mosquito nets are not tight or not available! Even under the door you can fly through.
