GBThe room was really nice, new and clean. The location was exceptional just off the main port. We were really pleasantly surprised at just how nice this little room was for the cost. The beds were comfy, good WiFi and the Aircon was brilliant at keeping the room a nice temperature in the 30+ degrees heat. The bathroom was modern and clean.

Size of room. (Room 1) very small for 2 people. Really struggled with small dimensions. Balcony also very small. Wished we had selected room number 2 or 3.

GBPosition of the room central too Symi, very quiet even though in the centre so had a good night's sleep, the balcony was great to sit and people watch, welcome water on arrival and a teasmaid in tge room topped it off for our night in Symi.

FIHotelde kahvaltı yok. Hotelin iyiliği beklentiniz ile orantılı. Harika bir konumu var Symi'nin tam merkezinde. Küçük ama çok şirin bir tesis. Odalar büyük değil hatta küçük bile denebilir ancak çok temiz ve güzel bir tesis. Balkondan deniz manzarasını izlemek harika. Bayan Dikaia rezervasyon işinde çok ilgiliydi güler yüzle davrandı. Temizlik personeli de samimi ve işini iyi yapan kişilerdi. Eşim ile beraber iki gece kaldık. Kahvaltı ve yemek konusunda çok fazla seçeneği olan harika bir yer Symi. Mutlaka en kısa sürede yine gelip aynı Hotelde kalacağız ve daha uzun tatil yapacağız.
Odalar biraz küçük ama fiyatına oranla gayet iyi diyebilirim.

There was no good communication before my arrival. I asked the staff to send me check in info etc. They responded me with an automated message and they also sent me a phone number to call if i wanted to. The number was wrong and was not existed. Luckily, i found their office ehen i arrived there and evrything was okay
GRI like the location , it's excellent. The room is spacious enough , it has very good AC , and the amenities are good quality . The lady that cleans the rooms was so kind to fix our room both nights that we stayed , and the company that manages the location is trustworthy and very helpful
It would be nice to have a better hairdryer .
