Nipa Riverside Villa By The Little Hoi An

We had an outstanding stay and time here, wonderful house, rooms and pool. The food is amazing. The staff and owners are really kind and helpful, will definitely return if back in Vietnam!

L’établissement était parfait. Magnifique, parfaitement situé au calme, les chambres sont spacieuses et il y a absolument tout le nécessaire sur place. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Il n’y a rien à redire sur le rapport qualité / prix.

The stay was very aesthetic with a near by lake and a pool.

There is no luggage storage room and we had a terrible experience with other guests taking our belongings as they were just left out in the main lobby. The staff had seen the guest take our stuff and had done nothing about it. This really disappointed us as it was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely magical. Having a private, peaceful space right by the river while being just a few minutes' walk from the bustling center of Hoi An is a rare find. We loved waking up to the gentle view of the water and watching the sunset from the balcony. The architecture perfectly blends traditional charm with modern luxury. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast was top-notch. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway without sacrificing the convenience of the central location, this is the place to be
