"Unpleasant stay at unit 2."

The quite location. The host/ booking agent was nice and helpful.

The property wasn't clean as expected upon arrival. One of the bedrooms was so dusty. Bed wasn't cleaned and changed. There were unexpected incidents during our stay. But, the most unacceptable one was that the staff kept one of the identity card for security purpose and failed to return it at our departure. They've lost it.

Strongly recommended to everyone who wish to visit Dalat!!! The property is well located, very close to everything you need as visitor. As we travel with the family, we enjoyed cooking and of course everything you need for the kitchenware are available in the house. The set up and arrangement is very well prepared for your personalize moment and create your memory. We will definitely come back to Jolie House !
