It was gorgeous and spacious. We loved the location as well.

The beds. The one that is softer was ok but the hard one was almost impossible to sleep on. Another downfall was the internet. It only worked in the kitchen and living room. It did not work in the bedrooms. The other issue with the internet is that the router is in the next door apartment. Those renters unplugged the router and we did not have internet for almost an entire day. We had to wait until they got home to ask them to plug the internet box in.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, separated by the living room and it provides privacy. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and oil. The apartment is well cleaned and comfortable.

1. Check-in is contactless, BUT I was sent the wrong code to enter the apartment, so I had to call the manager. He didn’t immediately understand the issue, suggested to record a video of entering the code. He didn’t review this video for 30 minutes, he didn’t answer my calls and didn’t call me back. In total, it took 45 minutes to receive a new code, and after a long trip, I was finally able to get into the apartment. I was exhausted. 2. There was no clothes dryer, no standard sharp knife, and no microwave. All that caused some inconvenience. 3. The apartment is far from the city center, approximately 25-30 minutes walk to the main square.

Everything really , very easy to get to the apartment , there's an elevator so you don't have to struggle with your luggage to get to the 3rd floor. Apartment looks amazing , has everything you need.Location is also great as you have good restaurants just minutes away and grocery stores if you need anything late in the evening.Wawel Royal Castle is 10-20 min walk away depending how fast you walk lol. Also when asked for check out at 11am there was no problem with that so we had a great stay and I'm Definitely recommending this apartment.
