Easy check-in with email confirming room number and access code. tasteful decor. Nice balcony and furniture. Bedding very pretty and bed the most comfortable ever!! Bedding available for the sofa bed which was very spactiou. Bathroom very spacious with good shower. Great to have a kettle, and individual coffee/tea rather than a coffee maker.

Only thing that could have been better would be to have dark curtains rather than just the blinds, as these were not dark enough for a full night's sleep.

The location was good close to everything.

Review is for *Lift Landing*, same management and website, next door, not shown on TA. PROS: shower, room code for door, sink, location close to Mt. Evans. CONS: Room not aired before our arrival so it was close to 80 degrees w/no A/C. Door drags over-padded new carpet and is difficult to open/close. Very allergenic. Provided fan was loaded w/dust and greasy dirt--unusable. Freezer compartment full of hard frost--unusable. Beds Very Firm foam. No chair or counter space. We managed to get a few hours sleep by: leaving door as open as possible for a couple of hours (no security or privacy); adding our 2" foam toppers to the beds; using our rechargeable mini-fan; taking antihistamines; wearing ear plugs for traffic noise since window must stay open; looking for things to appreciate and focusing on Mt. Evans trip the following day; getting up and leaving quite early :-) Evident attention to minimizing staff effort, while giving minimal attention to customer comfort. No chance of repeat business from us.

Perfect motel operation, and done without staff on site. Access easy with coded door, perfectly presented room with all facilities and instructions humorous and sensible. Excellent position close to Interstate (but no noise) and ideally placed for driving up 14,100 foot Mount Evans - book a timed entry ticket well in advance for that.

It's a bit bleak to arrive at an entirely unstaffed location but don't be put off. The management is done very well and you don't need a desk clerk for this style of operation, the cost is very fair.

Large Family room with large balcony. Newly renovated (as of 2023) very very nice compared to competition in town. Large TVs. Really great to relax there. Location: Adjacent bbq restaurant and breakfast restaurant (Marion's)

The kitchen could use some dishes, then it would be perfect. (It has a microwave, fridge, sink and an ice maker though!)

We were looking for a place to stay for one night before visiting Mount Evans. Idaho Springs did not have many options that looked good… Uplift Inn had the best reviews so we decided to give it a try. The room was small and basic, but the beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean, which is the most important factor for me! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive place… this is it! Very friendly and welcoming management team as well. One warning… there is no air conditioning. The floor fan worked fine for us, but it is something to consider during warm weather.
