AC didn't work well, took until after midnight to cool below 72, frustrating when it was cooler outside. We finally just put the fan on and opened the bathroom window and door to keep the white noise ( noisy neighbors)

The property is in a town that is undergoing transitions and is poised to do well in the future. The immediate area of the property is run down, but I expect that this will improve greatly soon as the town develops more into a biking destination.

Other than some carpet stains this property was a last minute relief after another place we booked and immediately left down the street.

The room was good sized and had a couch as well as a small table and chairs. The bed was very comfotable..

If you have trouble with stairs you would need a ground floor room as there is no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us. We loved the location too. It is across the street from a great bbq restaurant.

Our room was very modern and well furnished and very clean and organized. An excellent location close to fuel and food. Easy access on and off I-70. We would definitely stay here again.

-No staff on site for any needed assistance -No where to hang up clothing (2 hooks on wall) iron without ironing board -One dresser in livingroom -Tiny shower, sink without counter/1 small mirror, no towel racks(2 hooks on wall) -No mirrors, no desk -No ice machine or other amenities -No coffee maker, just a hot pot with instant coffee packs and 4 non-wrapped paper cups... service tray was filthy -Doors and handles black, never wiped down -Bed was like a soft mattress laid on wooden slat frame, no box spring for support... totally weird... had hairs in sheets -No cable (Roku TV) -No check in or check out, code is sent via text, last 4 digits of your phone number...so no need for the front office or lobby. It's under construction... -Doormat to room never swept...full of dog hair and gross debris, weeds and trash on sidewalk/parking lot. -Saw one fire extinguisher last inspected July of 2023...it's now Aug of 2025! I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF, cancellation policy has to be 3 days prior to reservation/no refund if booked thru 3rd party, plus $25 cancellation fee. I had a room reserved for 2 nights and couldn't stomach it after 1 night... there's $468 wasted. Went to a different hotel, left without a word...who do you complain to, there's no one there at all!
