Got there a little early and housekeeping was there and was extremely nice and helpful!

Great location, quiet, clean, easy check in/out, well maintained. Just right for our needs.

Modern motel, very nice interior. You could really see that's it's owned my small business and they really care about the place

Beds were kinda hard

The room was very cute and well stocked. Loved the fact that I had my own personal ice machine and a real size garbage can. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of teas and coffees with all the extras.

I liked how clean the room was, and the room had a personal ice maker, coffee maker, and fridge. Very clean bathroom!

It wasn't an issue for us, but I think you should advertise that many of the rooms are up a flight of stairs. This is especially important since staff is not on site. I would also rethink the cleaning products so that the Pinesol smell is not so strong. We aired out the room, and then it was better.

The location is great with some restaurants, starbucks, within walking distance. The room was spacious with good beds. There is no reception. Instead, room key codes, etc, were handled through SMS, which was convenient. Free parking at the property.

AC in my room was extremely loud (70dB) and didn't work well. This can be an issue during summer -- not least when forest fires make it hard to keep windows open.

A nicely renovated little hotel. We had a suite which was nicely appointed with a microwave, ice maker, and wonderful king-sized beds. Also, conveniently located.

A/C was a portable unit which was very loud. It was hot while we were there, so had to keep it on--we did manage to sleep through it, so I guess it wasn't too bad.
