Llegamos al hotel, sorpresa esta CERRADO!! Y aun asi confirmaron nuestra reserva, estuve 40min al teléfono para que Hoteles.com me reubicara en otro hotel. Vaya sorpresa

Llegue 5:30 pm a registrarme y la habitación no estaba lista !! Me asignaron una habitación que no correspondía a la reserva, la cama y las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear
