Floor 23E was far to high for our age group. Were senior citizens. The lifts were not working on day and we decided to walk down the stairs. We finally got down but both of us were very tired.

All the walls were dirty, cracked and paint patches missing. 2 large flaking damp patches by the bathroom. The shower door was broken and the attachment to hold the shower on the wall was broken off so we had to hold it to shower. The kitchen sink was blocked at times took a long time to drain water away. The sofa/bed one arm was broken making it very wobbly and unsafe. The air conditioning unit inside was absolutely filthy caked with dust and dirt so very unhygienic would not use it. The bedroom is claustrophobic as its not a real room its in the centre of the apartment with no window and no privacy just been created inside of the original studio. To sum up we believe it is being miss sold as a one bedroom apartment as it clearly is not. It definitely was not worth the price we paid - very overpriced. This is our very first bad review as we have never experienced this level of disappointment before.

Toilet broken on day 1,messaged daily,got message back asking if we needed maintenance,replied yes,toilet was repaired 4 days later into our trip after i visited the office in person.Shower holder missing,reported also on day 1 but never replaced

The location was perfect The sea view was stunning

The accomadation was small and compact but perfect for a couple on there own

Great location very tidy and clean

Pool but you have take your own loungers WiFi was rubbish kept cutting out
