Hikkaduwa Beach House

The beach. Very clean waters and the property is right next to it. There are several cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent location on the quieter side of Hikkaduwa beach but within a short walk to the facilities of surf schools, nearby restaurants and shops. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and the air con was nice and quiet. Nuwan and Sugee are excellent hosts and go out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay with them, nothing is too much trouble. Sugee is an excellent cook and we ate in most nights. Nuwan has a Tuk Tuk and will drive you where ever you want to go at a very competitive price. There are private sunbeds on the beach for you to use all day and it was so nice to sit and have a drink whilst watching the sun go down and the Wi-Fi works there too.

Понравилось абсолютно всё!!!!!Нуван,Суджи,Тисакья,Рональдо спасибо за гостеприимство!!!!А их коты это отдельная история😁!Нуван, пожалуйста нашу любимицу Мусю берегите!!!Ну это отступление, на самом деле очень хороший дом,в доме есть все для проживания, небольшая терраса с мебелью,на собственном пляже шезлонги, барбекю У Нувана есть тук-тук (местный транспорт) отвезёт куда вам надо за адекватную цену, если экскурсия слишком далеко,найдет машину тоже за небольшую цену.В общем приезжайте,не пожалеете!!!!Отдых пролетел как один день! Спасибо вам за гостеприимство!!!Нуван ставь бассейн, хотя бы надувной,в жару это не заменимая вещь!!! Спасибо ещё раз!!!!

Расположение, пляж, океан

Отдыхаем не первый раз. Хозяин дома, Нуван, прекрасный человек. Семья - тоже. Помогает с возникающими вопросами. Самое отлично, что дом расположен на пляже, в безлюдной части пляжа. Слева и справа дома, которые сдаются в наем. Всегда тихо. Ближайшие отели не мешают тихому отдыху ))))) Вечером вытаскивали на пляж стулья и, сидя с пивком или коктейлем. любовались закатами и гуляющими. Волны большие, для тех, кто плохо плавает или не понимает, как вести себя на воде. Будьте предельно аккуратны!!!!!!! Для меня - отличное место, где отлично провели время, купания и отдых в целом. Очень хорошее время, которое позволит получить отличный отдых за разумные деньги в хорошем месте! )))

Our stay with Mr. Nuwan and his family was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. The fresh papaya juice they served upon our arrival was incredibly refreshing and delicious. Despite our flight landing at 1 am, Mr. Nuwan graciously offered us a room in his own house since other guests were checking out later that morning. The location was exactly as depicted in the pictures—so close to the beach, neat, and clean. Mr. Nuwan even reminded us of items we had forgotten after we checked out, which was very thoughtful. We were able to explore all the places we wanted to visit using his tuk-tuk, making our experience even more enjoyable. This place is perfect for anyone looking to experience local life in a foreign country. There's a supermarket just 350 meters away and a small shop only 20 meters away for essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you, Mr. Nuwan, for making our stay so memorable! The house was maintained very well. Neat and clean. Perfect to travel with kids as it had a fully functional kitchen and washing machine, Easy access to the beach u can see it from the hall. the tuk tuk rides from the host who offers them at a discounted price and takes you around wherever you need to go.

Everything was PERFECT! Nuwan and his wife keep the house to an impeccable state of cleanliness. They are super friendly and even treated us with some local dishes in the afternoon of our stay. The rooms are spacious enough, the hot shower is very nice, the proximity to the sea (which you can see from the property) is definitely one of the benefits of staying here. The ACs in the bedrooms work well and are well maintained. There are restaurants all around which you can access directly from the beach. It is a very nice place to unwind away from the crowded areas. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We escaped from Wikkaduwa beach to this beach house, the owners are incredibly accommodating, they allowed us an early check in and welcomed us with a cup of coffee. The house is in a wonderful location, you will appreciate the peace, comfort and friendliness. The owner spent more than half a day with us, showing us the River safari, the turtle hatchery, the moon stone mine, the tsunami museum and the spice garden. This accommodation exceeded our expectations, I can definitely recommend it

Everything perfect

The house was at a lovely quiet end of the beach with a short 10min walk along the beautiful beach to the main surf break and an easy walk to lovely bars and restaurants. The house was great with aircon and very comfy beds. Nuwan was a great host and we would highly recommend his property to others.
