pulizia bagno inadeguata. Staff assolutamente privo della minima preparazione. Quando arrivi in una struttura ricettiva turistica la frase minima che ti aspetti è: benarrivati, spero abbiate fatto un buon viaggio. Invece ci ha accolto (testuale): fate silenzio che mia madre dorme (erano le 16.00). Poi ci si aspetta che vengano spiegate eventuali regole non standard. Invece: che cornetto volete per colazione? a cui rispondiamo: non avete la colazione a buffet? Risposta: non siamo mica un albergo. Questo l’inizio a cui poi si sono aggiunti un giorno senza riassetto della camera e la mancata sostituzione della biancheria da letto malgrado una permanenza di 6 notti. Ma la cosa piu’ bella è questa: di fronte alle mie lamentele il titolare (mai presente) si offre gentilmente di rimborsarmi il costo di una notte. Meno male dico, almeno si salva in corner. Al momento del check-out l’addetta (una signora ucraina) mi dice che deve darmi di tasca sua i soldi perche’ il proprietario glieli addebita a lei. Semplicemente da denuncia.

Look no further, stay here! You cannot find more attentive, hospitable and caring people than Valentina and Angela. The location is right smack in the center of town, the place itself is so very charming. Everything you need, wonderful breakfasts served in the most adorable breakfast room by the kindest people. They made us feel like family, I was so sad to leave. Valentina walked us all around town our first night and helped to connect us with distant cousins we were there to find. Truly, you will not experience another place like this. I cannot wait to return.... with a better grasp of the Italian language:)

Hote très accueillante, très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre simple mais propre et assez grande. Bon emplacement et parking gratuit et facile à proximité.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und süß. Es hat sich angefühlt als hätten wir wie Einheimische in der Region gewohnt. Die Gastgeberin ist total nett und ihr ist viel daran gelegen, dass es einem gut geht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!
