Piccolo appartamento ricavato in un antico edificio, ma dotato di tutto il necessario, anche un microonde e un mini frigo. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Zona molto tranquilla, si trova parcheggio abbastanza facilmente considerando che è un borgo medievale, non particolarmente accessibile.

Alla stanza si accede attraverso delle strette scale un po' ripide. Per noi non è stato un problema ma potrebbe esserlo per persone con scarsa mobilità o viaggiatori con appresso grosse valigie. Il prezzo era forse un po' alto visto il luogo. Sempronio è un borgo grazioso ma non è come altri luoghi iperturistici della toscana in cui abbiamo pagato la stessa cifra.
