Highfield was lovely. The room was very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. I often travel for work and Highfields is far better than many of the hotels I have used.

This bed and breakfast is something special! Located away from traffic, it was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were exceptional, looking after me very well and in a very friendly and professional manner. My single room looked as if it had been recently refurbished, and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served to me at the requested time in my room, and as per my specifications given the night before. I was able to park right outside my room which made unloading my car easier, and the security gates to the property meant my car was safe. I look forward to my next chance to stay here, and would highly recommend it.

I would have preferred to have access to a breakfast room, but this is just my personal preference and didn't detract from my enjoyment of my stay here.

Anita and Pete were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. Very convenient position.

Room was a little dark. Would have liked a bedside table.
