There was no hot tub, no complimentary breakfast,no hot water in the shower,

Comfy beds

Their was roaches

This property has no hot tub , no free breakfast you have to pay for breakfast which is not worth buying. I stayed 5 days without any hot water to take a shower the whole time. The worker in the breakfast room was rude and even insulting to a customer where she called him stupid. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they were on a plane out of the country. I mean how can you run a motel without a manager on duty. Overall I was not happy.

Unsafe and inhabitable no hot water. Mold on linens, peeling paint. Not good for children. If no hot water, staff are not thoroughly washing hands to serve food or washing linens. Non caring staff under these poor lodging conditions. Hotel needs a revamp and to close until up to standards

No hot water, no phone, tv was broken, burn marks on bed. Towels had stains m.

The hotel is much nicer inside than outside- amazing location- pool side is the way to go. Bed and pillows are HORRENDOUS- very uncomfortable
