Didn't come across anything we didn't like

close to the old city and plenty of services (restaurants, grocery) nearby. the room was perfect. great shower with very hot water.

The close proximity to the old city of Jerusalem and the market make this an amazing location! Also appreciated the fact that it had a small fridge and microwave and an expansive deck just outside the room.

Fairly close to a pedestrian mall with lots of restaurants and bars, and in the evening it could be really noisy

The hotel room was well planned and cozy. The self check in worked very well and the communication with the hotel staff was very friedly. Even though there was an issue with my payment, the staff was friendly and offered quick and easy solutions.

The location was really nice as to reach the hotel from the train station, you can either walk 30 minutes enjoying the view and surroundings, or there's the tram stopping at 3/4 minutes walk from there. And to the old town of Jerusalem, you can reach it in 10 minutes walk so really close. The room was really small but extremely functional which included all the needed things if you don't have high requirements. Also, really nice fact that there is an open terrace that customers can use to enjoy the weather and some views. The room was clean and kept in good conditions

Personally nothing but as mentioned earlier, don't have high expectations with the room as it is extremely small and space is limited

No elevator. Need to climb to 3rd floor with all our luggage.

It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The tram stop was just around the corner, and it was so easy to find. Checking in was easy and the staff was prompt with their responses.
