Shlomtzi Hotel

Easy check in, great communications - really responsive and brilliant to be able to store bags on departure day. The location was amazing - really close to the old city. Having kettle/fridge was fabulous. Beds comfortable. The location was the best thing about it. Wasn't a quiet location but it has air conditioning so no need to have the windows open.

30 min wait for hot water to have a shower not great. Building work in the next room late at night. On the website it says 'apartment'. It wasn't - it was an en-suite room so description not that accurate.

No cottage cheese and someone to do eggs the way it used to be

Bed was a little hard

there is nothing unique, about this apartment. misleading is not ok. All of the list on the apartment never exist. No human support or customer service on the property. I will report you to all sites if you don't change name states.

Great location, just off Jaffa st, and 5 minute walk from the old town. I was worried after I booked it that it told me there was no reception desk, but the texting and key codes actually worked really well.

No lift and the rooms are 2 flights of stairs up, but luckily a very nice man who was doing some painting carried it up the second flight for me!

1.I was not able charge my iPhone at the bed side (I think the socket was too weak) but I could charge in other sockets e.g in the kitchen side. 2. the air condition has a little blue light that made the entire room (the room is small) quite bright during the night. Anyway, this was a minor issues and I would select the hotel again.

Great location and clean spacious rooms. The staff was available through WhatsApp instantly
