コンビニが近くて便利でした。

３Ｆラウンジにある机の椅子が大人用だけど、いくつか劣化していて低すぎるものがあり、お腹を圧迫しました。座れば分かります（笑）

The clean environment

No light for the bed. I have to make my own bedsheet. I have to take out the pillow case, bedsheet , made me felt like I m a staff, not guest

小樽駅から近く、札幌や新千歳空港までは高速バスも運行していて、すごく便利でした。観光スポット、コンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアまでは徒歩圏内で、最高の立地でした。 宿泊する部屋も、食事する場所や浴室などの共用部も清潔で、スタッフの方々の対応が親切で、お宿のセキュリティもしっかりしているので、とても安心して快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました！

"Pratique pour une nuit à Otaru mais pas plus."

Nous avons pu laisser nos sacs avant le check-in. Il y a un Lawson juste en bas donc très pratique.

Les lits n'était pas très confortable et la taille de la chambre était plus petit que d'autres hostel qu'on a fait au Japon. En tant que "hostel" on s'attendait à des activités avec les hôtes ou alors plus de vie à l'accueil.
