ドミトリースタイルを知らないままリゾートホテルと比較して文句を言う「アホバカ客」を排除するため、宿の予約前にドミトリーの特徴を事前に説明し、合意を得てから予約を受け付けるようにしましょう。 当日、安さにつられて来た客がリゾートホテルとの相違点をクレームにして星１つで評価するという残念なアクションがあった。
