Location was great, view was great, beds were very comfortable! Staff were very accommodating when needing two port a cots and two high chairs. Was greatly appreciated!

The toilet room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was still hairs on the floor and the toilet seat wasn’t attached properly. The tv remote had a crack in the back of it. I pulled out a chair to sit on and the leg gave away as it only had one screw in it, it was right next to the glass window if I had of sat on this that would’ve been quite dangerous. Photos don’t quite reflect apartment accurately. Payment of the room was very confusing, the $500 bond on top of final payment should be highlighted somewhere when I booked this but even Janice couldn’t tell where it was noted she just explained it would’ve been in there somewhere, it was not.

Location is awesome, no need for car once you arrive, easy walk to CBD, Southbank on doorstep. View from apartment is magnificent. We were able to organise a second carpark which was very useful for us.

The apartment is dated and some of appliances very old, ie dishwasher. Carpet smelled musty. Greeting was unwelcoming, ie being threatened that we were being watched by security cameras and would lose bond if caught smoking on balcony. I was expecting better for the money we paid.
