The hotel it seif was real nice and clean the staff was always on hand to help. The housekeeping team do a great job

No air con! The room was boiling and during a heatwave a fan just doesn’t cut it.

Location and discount on the Dicey Reilly’s pub was good. Breakfast was excellent as cooked to order .

Housekeeping was random. Not enough towels in the room and no shower gel. Had to contact section on each day for both! Room was warm and stuffy as there is no A/C. Fan not really adequate for this larger room .

Restaurant staff where great at morning breakfast

The reception staff could take a leaf out of the restaurant about customer service and any time some in the surrounding rooms use the water and are room noises like a fog horn started so that ment waking up countless times within the night

Not clean at all. Fan was thick with dust. Bathroom covered in mould and limescale which i was able to removed with just a face wipe. Drains were blocked so water built up in the shower. Moved to a different room and it was the same. Stains all over the carpets, wouldn’t let my dog stay there. Was told i would receive a refund in person but then was refused online after making the request as apparently the facilities were ‘used’ when in fact they were cleaned by me so they were left in a better condition than i found them in.

Having to pay extra for a room with a window is ridiculous. Not everyone has to do this it completely depends on availability also so not fair at all.
