"Excellent accommodation but disappointed to be charged for a double room when I reserved a single room."

I made a reservation via booking.com for a single room, 1 night 12 April. I was given a double room and charged for a double room!! I speak little Spanish so it was difficult to point this out to the staff and they should have seen from my reservation the correct booking and cost. Alan Baker
