Kata Station Buotique hotel was a really good experience. I was very impressed by the good location and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I have traveled to many countries and places. This was great. Strong recommendation.

We had a serious incident in the room which led to both me and my friend being distressed. We contacted reception to ask about moving rooms/helping with the situation and were treated in an appalling manner. The staff absolutely do not care about your wellbeing or safety. There are no locks on the doors in any of the rooms, making us both feel unsafe, there are also no curtains for privacy so nothing like advertised. The rooms are smelly, covered in damp and not clean, to the point of us not being able to sleep due to the smell. As two young girls, this isn’t an appropriate place to stay, it’s unsafe and the staff, particularly the male manager, left us feeling even more distressed and upset when we said we were leaving.

The decor matches the photos.

It is not a boutique hotel- it is a HOSTEL that also offers private rooms. It is overpriced for what is provided. They don’t even offer hand wash in the private bathroom. Every night we struggled with mosquitos. The air con was on 17C set on the highest fan but still did not cool down the room. The safety deposit does not work.

I loved the location very close to many restaurants, shops and Kata Beach entry

Actually it’s not a boutique hotel but the stay was ok, I just suggest to add in the bathroom a place to hang wet swimwear, outside it never dry

Bathroom needs modernising

THIEVES! BEWARE, the lockers in the room are not monitored, the Turkish staff robs their guests. One of the employees stole 1000 dollars from my backpack when I went downstairs literally for a moment. When I demanded my money I was threatened. One of the worst moments of my life.

More hostel than hotel. Slightly noisy location on a fairly busy street but plenty of local facilities.

Lots of stairs. Poor WiFi.
