Cuando vez fotos de Estelar la torre no piensas jamas que vas a encontrar un mundo muy diferente, es demaciado bello. Mi habitacion tenia vista a la ciudad y es expectacular

The staff were dinner/lunch/breakfast being served was so helpful and nice. They always tried to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted.

When I first came to the property I was unable to use the card method that I used to book this place which was an inconvenience. I also wanted to be on a higher floor which I was told there was none available.

- exceptional location in the middle of Poblado, 3 min walk to El Tesoro (mall), and 30 min away from airport (through tunnel). - great facilities (extremely clean and organized). The suite felt like an apartment, perfect for a family of five. It had a huge balcony which conveniently remained locked as we have small children, and a beautiful view from all sides. The walking closets, 2&1/2 bath and kitchen were convenient. The rooms had air-conditioning (although it was too cold to use it). - key cards to go up elevator (great for safety if you have kids) - delicious breakfast and exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful - parking available for rental car

The Staff was super nice and kind, except for one of the reception staff. At check- in several mistakes were made on our forms and as I tried to rectify them (different nationalities, wrong ID numbers..) the staff member was not very friendly. I also had requested by email and then in person that the sofa bed be made as we were arriving late, and it wasn’t ready. We also had less towels than the number of people in our family and in spite of asking twice, we never got a fifth towel during our two-day stay.

Great hotel, each room is a suite. The location is fantastic. My first stay but will be back to this same hotel next time around.
