"Good place to stay for kids, but only once. For the money they charge they should up their quality and offer."

The hotels are really magic for the stay with children. Very colorful, with loads of opportunities for children to enjoy themselves. There is also animation for kids with their favorite cartoon characters coming alive - so this all is really worth the visit and is an awesome addition to the gardaland park itself, which is very close to to the hotels and can be reached by taking a free shuttle. Our child really loved the experience.

Everything is overpriced: a dinner (which has a lot of varying food which all tastes the same - bad) for two adults and a small child costs 100 euros and definitely isn’t worth the price.. if you feel like a beer or a wine - you pay for that on top. Breakfast is a lot more tasty but again is going to amount to 60 euros for a family of three. The hot water in the room is a matter of luck (that is for the room that costs 460eur for two nights) Last year guests could park for free, this year you pay for parking which amounts to 40 euros for two days and nights (they promise 12 eur for 72 hrs but if the guests need to come in and out and pay for parking at the parking booths and not at the reception, forget about 12 eur).. the only place you can get an ice cream is at the pool … a little strange for summer …

Molto bella la struttura.

Siamo stati svegliati da lavori alle 7 del mattina. Rumori del trapano fortissimo. Una volta segnalato alla reception hanno continuato e la risposta e’ stata soltanto un ‘mi dispiace’.
