Peppers Beach Club & Spa

-Amazing resort pool with a beach and swim bar, although the pool was freezing cold and the main spa pool was broken the entire stay. -The room had a lovely view over the water. Perfect location super central and walkable to restaurants and cafes, right on the water front -The interior of the room was very clean

-The room needs some serious TLC in every aspect. The outside area was neglected with rotten mops and buckets left out at the door to the patio. This is meant to be a 5 star resort!? -The spa bath was fifthy and the wooden encasement was rotten and falling apart. -Every time you shower the entire bathroom would flood significantly as there is barely a 1 cm drop that stops the water at the shower door and the drain doesnt keep up. -Kmart plastic jug in the room, again this is 5 star resort? -The hairdryer supplied was broken and was sparking when switched on. - there was no carpark allocated for this room. We were offered a park to use but every time we went to park there some random car had taken the spot, so we gave up on it. This meant a 5 to 10min walk every time back to the car/resort. Parking on street is extremely limited and hard to find. -Check in is a bit trickier due to this being third party managed you have to go to another location and pick up and drop off keys to check in and out, we were aware of this when booking.

Very kid friendly, spacious and comfortbale apartment. Everything you need in the apartment or a short walk away. Access to the pool was great.

I thought that it was overpriced per night. I think it should have more containers in the kitchens. Some of the lights didn’t work, the remote to the TV didn’t work.

Ants in the room. Were told we can get 15% accord gold discount for food and drinks all weekend. Then at checkout said its not applicable for the long weekend (our whole stay) Pool had not enough space for all pool goers Spa in our spa suite was dirty We were asked if we wanted house keeping seeming its the long weekend and to choose which days i wanted it? Like cmon, i paid $1500 for 4 nights, id hope house keeping was included no quetions asked... A mocktail cost $21 before 2 additonal surcharches, absolutely criminal!!! The alcoholic variation was only $1 more?? Door to the shower didnt close properly.

Gyönyörű a szálloda környezete, fantasztikus medencékkel. A szállás teljesen felszerelt ami lehetővé tesz több hetes ott tartózkodást is. Külön örültünk a mosógépnek és a szárítógépnek. Minden nap tiszta törölközőt kaptunk. A reggeli bőséges, de nagyon változatos.

Nem volt ilyen.

There was No way to make our balcony with a spa on it more private. ( A cirtain to pull across would be great or pull down blinds). and there were mirrors surrounding the toilet..... ( I dont want to look at myself whilst sitting on the shitter thanks).

This is a pretty hotel in a pretty location. The staff is top notch. I am giving it a rating of three because 1. There are no usb ports in the room. It’s not that hard to update the existing outlets include USB ports but the hotel has chosen not to. 2. There is not a single hook for hanging one’s clothes. The closet has hangers – those nasty hangers without a hook that you can’t remove from the closet. Two of the hangers had skirt clips that were broken. 3. The restaurant was closed two days a week.
