The location was good and the beds themselves were comfortable although putting a twin top sheet on a full size bed lost points.

I booked this through booking.com and then had to manage communication via booking.com and Vacasa. I had to sign a lease through Vacasa and create and account with them. I thought this was poor customer service and a bad tone setter for my experience. This place needs a full renovation. Carpets are probably 20 years old, appliances are 40+ years old, thermostats are a bit of a joke how inaccurate they are, showers have hot water, but the heads and handles are worn our and essentially garbage. Paint, wallpaper, "art", and random fabric that is tacked to the wall is worse than you would find in Motel 6. For the price you pay (and taxes) I would expect a much nicer place. Our experience: The sink/disposal was stopped up on day 1 and the handle fell off the shower in the MBR at the first touch. I was asked to send photos to "expedite the repair" but I was out of the condo so simply explained the problems. I was told that a local person would contact me. That didn't happen. A day later I was told I had to send photos (of a stopped up sink). On the 3rd night of my stay at 5pm I finally spoke to a local person after many repeated messages to the company. The problems were never resolved during my 4 night stay. Additional problems to be aware of: Parking is not assigned and there is no system to check cars. Thus, you might not be able to park at the unit at all. There are no suggestions on where else to park and parking in this area is challenging. There is no wifi. There was a wifi router sitting on the counter but there was no service to it. You are told to use "public dumpsters" to get rid of your trash. The dumpsters nearby were completely overflowing during our stay. I thought this was unprofessional. We stayed over Christmas which likely made repairs more challenging. BUT if you charge people a premium over a holiday, you need make sure you have repair people available.
