Rooms are not clean Breakfast is very bad . I asked to replace the kettle , and they provided a defective kettle after requesting it multiple times .

Staff of the property were very kind and willing to extend any help to the visitors. They were always willing to provide breakfast in the room but we used to go the restaurant. Restaurant has no buffay system.

Morning breakfast was no buffet system. We stayed for 3 nights but faced inconvenience in the bathroom, where bathed water is not draining. Everyday we faced to stand in the little stagnated water while go to bath & toilet. Ladies faced very bad experience in bathroom. Wash sink tap always leaking and while turning for cold water, tap used to close and cold water won't come. T.V. sound used to get off frequently. Every time we called the reception to rectify this issue. While checking out we conveyed our frustration and requested to concentrate on the customer care.
