Very good location. The building with the apartment is in front of the Saldanha metro exit. Easy check-in. The apartment equipped with everything you need. Perfect contact with the hosts, who gave all the tips. We felt very looked after. A welcome gift was waiting for us in the apartment, but I won't write what kind. If you want to know - book this apartment. Thank you for stay and muito obrigado!:)

A functional, cozy and clean room, a spacious kitchen, It's not in the city center, but with a metro station nearby so it's great. There is a large supermarket right below the building, very convenient. Overall highly recommended

If you are going to Lisbon, make sure you book this property. I had the most comfortable stay at the apartment, Jose and Ines are really good hosts. There were all the amenities in the apartment that you could think of ( toiletries, coffee machine and pods, microwave, washing machine, iron, drying rack, iron table etc ). The apartment is a little small for 3 people but not a big issue. The beds were really comfortable and there was hot water in the shower.

I liked everything about the property.

Location was good, close to the metro and buses went by the front door. Apartment was quiet at night, although easy to hear noise from the hallway. Apt. was clean, shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. Apt. is great for two people but we were a group of 3, so the pull out couch was used which filled the living space and was not very comfortable. Host left us a bottle of water and a bottle of wine which is very nice. Food was in the cupboard from previous clients which can be helpful. Host left us detailed instructions on using the key pad at the front door as well as a youtube video. I would suggest watching the video as it was difficult to access the front door using the instructions only. Grocery store only a few doors away and many restaurants in the area. Taxi to the airport at 6:00 was less than 10 euros. Host was very helpful.

Apartment was small for 3 people especially with the pull out couch deployed. Not a lot of counter space in the kitchen. No instructions on how to use appliances but the hosts live next door to this apartment so very easy to contact. A city tax of 2 euro per person per night is collected by host and not included in price when booked. No soap or shampoo for the shower but towels are provided. No soap pods for washing machine and no dryer but there is a laundry mat around the corner. It was difficult to access the front door of the building with the code. Keys to the apt. door where in a lock box on the door handle, which you had to move aside to access the lock.

The place is great. Clean and comfortable. Great location with everything you need just downstairs (including a metro stop). The hosts are nice and responsive. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The shower water went cold from time to time. I did put the water heating to the max. I wouldn't concern it as a 'problem' though (I showered just fine), but more an inconvenience.
