Good

四条堀川のバス停を使えば、二条城や晴明神社にも一本で行けます。バス停は違いますが、四条堀川でバスはひっきりなしに来ますので、祇園や先斗町へも便利です。バス停は、どちらも近いです。 朝食は？ですが。

何度か宿泊していますが、毎回しっかりしたサービスで安心して過ごせます。事前に荷物を預ける電話をしましたが、電話対応もとても丁寧で、気持ちよくお願いできました。実際に預けるときも、名前を伝えるだけでスタッフの方がすぐに理解してくれて、情報がちゃんと共有されていると感じました。ロビーは混み合うこともありますが、エレベーターが3基あるので、朝の出発時もスムーズに移動できました。 連泊のときにシーツの交換日を自分で選べると、もっと便利かなと思います。全体的に、ストレスなく快適に泊まれる良いホテルです。

環境舒適，寧靜

エレベーターの使い方が分からなかった... 説明も無く、フロントの方に聞いて迷惑を掛けてしまった。

Hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly. Used the public bath which was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was a good combination of Asian and western so something for everyone. Annoying we had to pay extra for the children for breakfast despite clearly booking the room for four. Don't quite understand why adults got it free but not children. Good location, near the shops.

Overall, I satisfied with the overall conditions. Good service at the reception and restaurant. But the room cleaning needs to be improved. As per the receptionist advised when I was checking in the hotel, I made requests for daily room cleaning. The request was ignored.

In all, it was a nice hotel. Clean with nice little gym and large communal bath. The rooms had their own showers, so if you were not comfortable with the bath, no worries. It's proximity to metro, shrines and temple's, and shopping was perfect and the staff were friendly always greeting you with a smile. The only issue I had was the pillows. They have these strips of loose beads inside and were not comfortable at all. I asked the front desk if they had any different pillows, but said no and offered me another pillow. It did not help one bit. I ended up using the blanket as a pillow before getting any real sleep.

室内は清潔で設備も新しく、非常に快適でしたが、一部のレイアウトに違和感を感じました。特に広い玄関口に対してクローゼットがない点が気になりました。また、団体客が多く賑やかな環境でしたが、フロントの対応は迅速かつ丁寧で、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
